OVERVIEW

Maasai Mara Game Reserve is a large game reserve in the beautiful Narok county of Kenya. Contiguous with the Serengeti National Park in Mara Region, Tanzania, Mara has been named home to the eighth wonder of the world. It is named after the Maasai community. Here you can spot the large roan antelope, the nocturnal bat-eater, different species of antelopes, Wildebeest, Zebra, Leopard, cheetahs, hyenas, lions, jackals, the endangered black rhino, the African Buffalo, among other wild animals.

ITINERARY

25th March ‘16: Nairobi- Mara

Pick up at your Nairobi hotel/airport. The journey starts to Maasai Mara through the scenic floor of the Great Rift Valley where we will stop for optional souvenirs, and/or photography. We arrive at the Sopa Mara where we check in, have lunch and head for an evening game drive. (Meal plan: Lunch and Dinner)

26th March ‘16: Full day game drive at Mara

A full day is spent at the Maasai Mara game reserve. Mara is one of the iconic wildlife regions in the African continent and as abundant wildlife. Drive across the plains in search of the big cats- black manned lions, cheetahs and leopards. You may have a chance to see among others African elephant, Wildebeest, the Topi, Zebra hartebeest, Eland.  Return to the camp during the sun set for Dinner and overnight stay at the camp. (Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

27th March ‘16: Return to Nairobi for departure

After an early morning breakfast we will have a game drive en-route to Nairobi City. You will have stop-overs to give you a chance to buy souvenirs. Arrive late in the afternoon. Afterwards you are taken to the Airport for your flight back home. (Meal plan: Breakfast)
